• Accommodation

There are lots of hotels near to Trent Vineyard. We’ve put together a list of those here.

• Food

We will be offering a meal deal lunch on Saturday for delegates to purchase.

Whitebird coffee shop will also serve a selection of soups, baguettes and salads for you to purchase, as well as cakes, snacks and hot drinks.

There is also a large range of local restaurants nearby - we will give you a leaflet upon arrival with the details of those.

Alternatively, we are really happy for delegates to order in takeaway to Trent. These must be collected at the main reception and can be eaten in the Youth Centre. Please ensure that you are ready in reception to receive your order.

• Childcare

There will be no childcare provision at The Cause to Live For. However, if you have a small baby who you are unable to leave at home it is fine for you to bring them along. Just remember that you will be fully responsible for looking after them and they must not leave your sight.

• Transport

If you arrive in Nottingham via train you can get a tram from the station heading towards Toton Lane and get off at the Gregory Street tram stop. Trent Vineyard is a 2 min walk from the tram stop.

• Additional Needs

Conferences can be overwhelming at times, but we want everyone to feel welcome at Cause To Live For. A space where everyone feels welcome to come together as a family and press into Jesus. "The Zone" is a room for people who need a quiet space, to de-escalate. If you class yourself as having additional/ sensory needs then this is a space open to you. Come and find some rest and space in the busyness of the weekend. Open during seminars, free time and over the weekend.

There will also be a live stream of the main sessions available in the Whitebird cafe, if you prefer to engage from a quiet area.

There will be BSL interpreters in the Friday and Saturday evening sessions, please chat to the 'Zone' team for information on where they will be based.

Over the weekend there will be a few people around with lanyards on that say 'support team'. If you are finding it a bit much, need someone to show you to a quiet place or just someone to sit with you, then grab someone with one of those lanyards on.

There are accessible toilets and parking available on site, with lifts in the venue to access seminars on the upper floors.

We want everyone to feel welcome and supported over the weekend, and spend time engaging with Jesus and the CTLF community, so please do let us know if you need help.
