    SAINT CHURCH

    Al Gordon leads SAINT, a thriving church on a mission to bring hope to the people of East London. He’s the founder of RENAISSANCE, a movement that is helping people all around the world encounter their Creator, be equipped as creatives, and empowering churches to be cathedrals of creativity. Whether it involves hosting concerts in their church building, opening a brewery like monks of old, or keeping bees as a prophetic reminder of the crucial role the church is to play in the ecosystem of human interactions. He is married to Olivia, an architect, and they have three children. Al is a trustee of Alpha International.

  • Sammy Jabangwe Hanton

    THE MESSAGE TRUST

    Sammy is a creative evangelist and preacher with a heart for the local church and the next generation. As Church Relations Manager at The Message Trust, she visits congregations across the UK to encourage the body of Christ with stories of hope. Alongside this, she travels globally to share the gospel with young people in schools and at festivals. Sammy longs to see people transformed by the gospel and equipped to live life to the fullest. After 10 years of serving with Message UK, she and her husband are taking their next step of faith, preparing to relocate and launch Message Zimbabwe.

  • Tom Thompson

    CROYDON VINEYARD

    Tom and Lesley Thompson lead the Cause to Live For and are Senior Pastors of Croydon Vineyard. Tom is part of the Vineyard Leadership Team with a focus on Theology, and is also one of the teachers for Vineyard Theological Training. Tom has an MA in Theology from Cambridge, an MA in Diplomacy from SOAS and is now studying for a Doctorate in Ministry at Fuller Theological Seminary in California.

    Pauline lives in Lisburn, Northern Ireland and loves her job with DTI, serving & championing young people across the UK. She loves coffee a little bit too much and in her spare time you can find her hopping on a plane or picking up heavy objects in the gym. 

  • Yasmin Miller

    VERSO VINEYARD

    Yasmin Miller is the Young Adults Pastor at Verso Vineyard, an artist and professional question-asker. She loves learning, reading, and exploring what makes people tick. She’s currently studying counselling and, when she’s not doing that, you’ll probably find her painting with oil, getting out into nature or getting very invested in a good mystery or crime novel. Her favourite book of the Bible is Ecclesiastes.

    Narek is one of the pastors at Birmingham Vineyard church, and is passionate about young people meeting Jesus! He loves a good kebab, is a big fan of movies and tv shows and he appreciates a good coffee!

  • Zac Carpenter

    CROYDON VINEYARD

    Zac Carpenter has served on the staff team at Croydon Vineyard Church for 6 years and currently oversees Worship & Evangelism. He is married to Jo and has 3 energetic and hilarious younger siblings. When Zac was 16, he had an encounter with Jesus that changed his life. He wanted to be a pop star, but Jesus repurposed his passion for music and led him to lead worship in church gatherings and out on the streets. Zac is passionate about seeing the Cause generation live a lifestyle of worship that flows into everything: work, home, church, and even train stations! We’re excited to be led in worship by him!

    Jamie and his wife Bethany are the Senior Pastors at Enfield Vineyard in North London. Jamie is passionate about the gospel, and helping others to simply and confidently share their faith.

    Lara has been on staff at Croydon Vineyard Church for the last 5 years, primarily as the Youth Pastor. She's passionate about seeing young people come to life in Jesus and be empowered to invite others to experience the same. She enjoys reading way too many books simultaneously, eating good food with loved ones and playing card and board games.

    CROYDON VINEYARD

    Alex lives in Croydon with his wife Lara and splits his time between being a Pastor at Croydon Vineyard, working for the Government and studying for a Graduate Diploma in Theology. When he's not doing these things, he enjoys long distance running, eating dark chocolate and listening to jazz fusion.

  • Hetal Knowlson

    LEEDS VINEYARD

    Hetal is one of the Senior Pastors at Leeds Vineyard and a former doctor. She completed an MA in Theology, researching power and leadership, and loves helping people discover the fullness of life God offers through Jesus. Outside church, you'll usually find her running, reading a good book, eating Nando's, or asking deep questions with someone she met five minutes ago.

    Gaby is a Site Pastor at Croydon Vineyard. She is Brazilian and grew up as a pastor's kid between Brussels and London. Before stepping into ministry, she was a corporate girlie in London. She has a deep love of Scripture and helping people find freedom and healing through Jesus. She loves hosting, the colour brown, being a mum, pinterest and all things events. 

  • Hannah Illsley

    TRENT VINEYARD

    Hannah Illsley has worked in the Probation service for 23 years and served in pastoral settings across the Vineyard for 20 years. She is passionate about making a positive difference in local communities. She looks forward to sharing practical insights from her career including how effective leadership during significant strategic change can be achieved through cultivating positive and supportive cultures.

  • Dayo Omolokun

    CROYDON VINEYARD

    Dayo built his career in professional services and global banking, living and working across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.  Earlier this year, he decided to take a career break to spend more time in his favourite place - at home with his wife, their two daughters and dog, Archie. He also concluded nine years of service as a Trustee of Croydon Vineyard. An outdoorsman at heart, he is most at ease when immersed in nature.

    Josh is the Associate Pastor at Hull Vineyard. He’s married to Hannah and has three young children. Josh is also part of the Cause To Live For team, and is passionate about great food, voice-notes and seeing a move of God in this generation.

    Lesley has North American and British heritage and was raised in South London. She is Senior Pastor at Croydon Vineyard and has a private practice as a psychotherapist. She has a background in youthwork (super fun), RS teaching (enjoyable) and parenting 4 boys (the most fun). She likes coffee, stories and being with people.

    Dorothy and Precious Tamuno are entrepreneurs based in West Sussex, whose faith in Jesus sits at the heart of their family and business life. Relying on the wisdom of the Lord, they have built a seven-figure business that began during the 2020 lockdown.

    Alongside entrepreneurship, Dorothy and Precious have established a strong presence on social media, sharing dynamic and relatable content centred on business and family life. Their content has attracted a substantial following across Instagram and TikTok, including several viral moments.

    They also love serving at Croydon Vineyard Church in worship and youth leadership. Above all, they are passionate about raising their two sons and daughter to know and love Jesus.
